1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

a) When you purchase or request information (Petales POS store): your email address, together with order information (selected plan, amount, language and, where applicable, the reseller code). If you use the "savings calculator", we receive the email you provide in order to send you the result.

b) When you interact with us on Facebook or Instagram: when you comment on our posts or send us a private message, we process the content of your comment or message and your public username, solely to reply to you (sales and support). We do not access your friends list or any private data beyond the conversation you start with us.

c) Payment: payment is processed by the secure ClicToPay (Monétique Tunisie) gateway. No card data is collected or stored by SIDES.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use this data to: (i) deliver the license and provide support (contract performance); (ii) reply to your comments and messages (your request / legitimate interest in assisting you); (iii) comply with our legal and accounting obligations (retention of records). We carry out no advertising profiling and make no automated decisions about you.

4. Social networks (Facebook & Instagram)

To manage our commercial presence, we use Meta's official tools (Graph API) to publish content and to read and reply to comments and messages received on our own Facebook page and Instagram account. Content you post publicly or send us remains subject to Meta Platforms' policies. We use this access only for the relationship you initiate with us.

5. Data sharing

We never sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the providers strictly necessary for the service: Monétique Tunisie / ClicToPay (payment processing), Microsoft 365 (delivery of our emails) and Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram, when you interact with us on those platforms). These providers act under their own privacy policies.

6. Retention

Order and billing data is kept for the period required by our legal and accounting obligations (including, for card-payment dispute evidence, up to 18 months). Comments and messages exchanged on social networks are kept only for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted. The license and trial period are managed locally on the customer's machine (offline); we only keep a record of the issued license (installation code, date) for support.

7. Cookies and local storage

Our website uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. A reseller code passed via a link (?ref=) may be stored in your browser (local storage) for 30 days to attribute a possible sale. The display currency is inferred from your country at the network level, without any tracking cookie.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected].

9. Deleting your data

To request deletion of the data we hold about you (email, order, or the content of your exchanges with us on Facebook/Instagram), send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion", or message us directly on our Facebook page or Instagram account. We process your request and delete the relevant data within 30 days, except data we are legally required to keep.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS) and access to data is restricted.

This policy may be updated. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
